  • We serve the Pee Dee of South Carolina and surrounding areas! Included in the package price is delivery within a 15 mile radius of Hartsville, SC.

    Locations beyond 15 miles will require a delivery charge of $2/mile. If you are unsure if your location is within our included radius, please reach out.

  • We offer packages as advertised for events Friday-Sunday from 9 AM-4 PM.

    For example, you can rent our packages from 9 AM-1 PM, 12 PM-4 PM, 2 PM-6 PM, or 4 PM-8 PM. Our latest pickup is at 9 PM. Please reach out to book your event at least 2 weeks in advance.

    Personalized packages are offered Monday-Friday based on availability. Contact us for more information.

    Packages can be rented during holidays as available for an added charge.

  • We recommend children ages 5 and under use our play equipment.

  • All packages include setup and breakdown by Have a Ball Hartsville.

    Lou’s Play Date is self-setup by renter.

  • All packages include 4 hours of play time.

    We will deliver the equipment approximately 1-2 hours prior to the start time and we will pick up the equipment 4 hours after your start time.

    You have the option to purchase additional hours.

  • Yes, we can set up our equipment outdoors in an area that is dry, flat and level, and cleared of any mess and debris.

    Outdoor events will have a $50 cleaning fee added onto their package price. Please have the area ready prior to our arrival. Grass, concrete, stone, brick, composite, wood, pavement, etc. are acceptable.

    We also ask that you have some sort of shaded covering over the equipment to protect it from sun damage and overheating (during our required season of March 1-September 30). If you do not have any you can rent our canopy as an add-on.

    This does not apply to our bounce houses.

  • In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will have to move the party to an alternate indoor location. If an alternate indoor location is not feasible, we will postpone our set up to another time.

  • We keep our equipment clean by thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting all of our pieces after every event. We use non-toxic, baby-safe cleaning products that eliminate 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. Our ball pit balls are cleaned and sanitized after every event.

    You keep our equipment clean by following all guidelines during your event.

  • We require a two week notice, but recommend you reach out 6-8 weeks in advance of your preferred party date.

  • First, fill out our “Inquiry Form” in our “Contact” section to tell us a little about your event. We want to make sure your event date and package are available.

    We will contact you by email or phone to schedule your rental. Deposits must be paid in advance to hold your date.

    Once your deposit is paid your booking is secured. Your remaining balance is due at least 3 days prior to your event date.

  • Yes, in order to use our services you must read through and agree with our Waiver of Liability as well as our Terms and Conditions. These will be made available at the time of checkout.
